The NEW Young Professionals Leadership Institute was created for Nigerian-American young women ready to gain clarity, strengthen their confidence, advance professionally, and make a difference in their communities.
This 12-module, self-paced online leadership program allows you to grow on your own schedule. No live classes or group meetings required. Set aside about 45–60 minutes each week to invest in yourself and your future.
Throughout the program, you will learn how to:

Build a Personal Board of Directors
Strengthen your personal brand and professional voice

Develop innovative and entrepreneurial ideas

Every lesson includes practical lecture notes, realistic case studies, downloadable worksheets, reflection exercises, knowledge checks, and an action-based leadership challenge.
By the end of the program, you will have more than new information—you will have a completed Leadership Portfolio containing practical tools, plans, and professional resources that you can continue using long after the course ends.
Participants who complete the program will receive a NEW Young Professionals Leadership Institute Certificate of Completion.
