NEW Leadership Accelerator Portfolio Program

Build. Showcase. Lead.

The NEW Leadership Accelerator Portfolio Program is a 12-week, self-paced leadership and professional portfolio experience designed to help students confidently articulate who they are, what they’ve accomplished, and where they’re going.

This program runs year-round through Fall, Winter, and Summer cohorts, allowing students to join at the time that works best for their academic and personal schedules.

This Program Is For

The program is intentionally designed to grow with the student across four developmental levels:

Middle School (Grades 6–8) – Identity, confidence, and early leadership

High School (Grades 9–12) – College, career, and scholarship readiness

College Students – Professional branding, internships, and career preparation

Young Professionals – Leadership positioning, career transitions, and advancement

Each level uses the same leadership framework, with age-appropriate expectations, tools, and outcomes.

Program Structure

12-Week Self-Paced Experience

Weekly guided modules with flexible completion

Digital portfolio templates and worksheets

Leadership reflections and real-world evidence building

No live meeting requirement (optional showcases available)

Students may work independently or alongside a mentor, educator, or parent.

Cohort Schedule

Participants may enroll in any of the following cohorts:

• Fall Cohort (September – November)
• Winter Cohort (January – March)
• Summer Cohort (June – August)

Each cohort follows the same high-quality curriculum and outcomes.

What Students Build

By the end of the program, each participant completes a Leadership Accelerator Portfolio, including:

• Personal leadership profile

• Skills and strengths inventory

• Academic and professional experiences

• Community service and impact documentation

• Career and future goals

• Resume (level-appropriate)

• Personal statement or professional bio

• Leadership pitch (30–90 seconds, by level)

• Digital portfolio or showcase

Program Outcomes

Students leave the program with:

Each participant earns a NEW Leadership Accelerator Certificate of Completion aligned to their level.
