The Women’s Leadership Collective Community Board is the governing and leadership body of Nigerian American Executive Women (NAEW). It is a working, intergenerational board responsible for guiding strategy, creating initiatives, and stewarding the organization’s mission, culture, and long-term vision.
Board members—primarily drawn from Established Executive Women—work in collaboration with Young Professionals and Youth leaders through committees, mentorship, and leadership pathways. The Board exists to ensure that NAEW remains a space where women actively create opportunities, empower one another, and lead with purpose across generations.
