LEADERSHIP. CULTURE. SISTERHOOD

About Us

Nigerian American Executive Women (NEW) is a professional leadership and community-building organization serving Nigerian American women and girls across career stages—from Youth Squad to Young Professionals to Established Executive Women.

NEW goes beyond traditional networking by offering structured pathways for leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. Members gain access to career and business development opportunities, business visibility, leadership roles, and community impact initiatives designed to support both personal success and collective advancement.

Through an intergenerational model and Community Board–led governance structure, NEW intentionally connects women across generations to build confidence, transfer knowledge, and develop future leaders. Our members are united by a shared commitment to empowerment, mentorship, service, and legacy-building—ensuring that leadership is cultivated, supported, and sustained over time.
